We perfected our technique by trying many combinations of spices and testing many cooking temperatures in order to get the most tender meat possible. We pride ourselves in freshness and smoked meats that are slow cooked in our smoker with real logs until it is cooked to perfection.
Our marination process varies from the brisket to smoked meat, pulled pork, chicken or ribs which is done 1-2 days before smoking, then is smoked anywhere from 4-12 hours.
We smoke our meats on a daily basis to bring you the best meats prepared and cooked according to our specific methods of cooking you the best dishes in BBQ
